Make Me Whole

For Organizations and Families to Empower Survivors of Trauma toward Healing and Wholeness

Dana Kasper is a speaker, author of Holding My Breath – Letters to the Father I Never Met, licensed professional counselor (USA), psychotherapist (Quebec) and Canadian Certified Counselor. Her heart is for people that have experienced trauma, especially children keeping it a secret. Most people never tell. That is due to the stigma of abuse in society, and the consequences of disclosure. Dana speaks to organizations and survivors. Her message, No More Secrets, is a fusion of the neurological, psychological and spiritual effects of and treatment for abuse and neglect. Acknowledging this silent health emergency empowers men, women, teens and children throughout the world to break the silence so they can receive the healing every human deserves. Silence from trauma, especially in childhood can lead to mental health disorders. Mariska Hargitay, founder of the Joyful Heart Foundation recently stated that we need to begin a conversation about the problem of sexual abuse. If you’re an organization that wants to begin the conversation in your community email me. If you’re a survivor keep reading in how to begin the way forward to wholeness. Leaders in the community know that by beginning the conversation we validate those suffering. The power of oneness can change the lives of millions of children and adults keeping it a secret.
